Clean Collective Follow Us on TikTok Giveaway – March 30 - April 9 2026
1. Promoter
The promoter is Clean Collective Limited and Clean Collective Australia Pty Ltd.
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of New Zealand and Australia aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. Promotion Period
The promotion opens at 12:00am (AEST) on Monday 30 March 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on Sunday 9 April 2026.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:

Only one entry per person is permitted.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) $250 NZD voucher (if they live in NZ) or one (1) $250 AUD voucher (if they live in AU) to spend on the official Clean Collective website (which is cleancollective.co.nz in NZ and cleancollective.com.au in AU).
The voucher is not redeemable for cash and must be used in accordance with the website’s terms and conditions, including age verification requirements.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries at 12.00pm (AEST) on Friday 10 April 2026.
The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
7. Use of Prize
The prize is a digital voucher redeemable on the Clean Collective website and can be used across available products at the winner’s discretion. The prize does not include or guarantee the provision of alcohol.
Any purchase of alcoholic products using the voucher is subject to applicable laws and regulations in the winner’s place of residence, including age verification requirements. The Promoter does not encourage or require the purchase or consumption of alcohol as part of this promotion.
8. Use of Prize
The prize is subject to availability and any applicable laws and regulations relating to the purchase of alcohol in the winner’s country/state of residence. The winner must comply with all age verification requirements at the time of redemption.
9. General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with this promotion or the prize.
11. Privacy
By entering, participants agree that their personal information will be used for the purposes of administering this promotion in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.
12. Social Media Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, or TikTok.
By entering, participants release Instagram, Meta, and TikTok from any responsibility related to this promotion.
13. Fulfilment
The Promoter will arrange delivery or redemption of the prize in the winner’s country of residence (Australia or New Zealand) only.
14. Technical Issue
The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, corrupted, incomplete, or undelivered entries, or for any technical malfunction, network failure, or system error that may affect entry or prize notification.
15. Promoter’s Rights
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary, subject to applicable law.
16. Acceptance
By entering this promotion, entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
