1. Promotion: Purchase any case of Clean Collective alcohol premixes from the official Clean Collective Australia website and receive one free case of “40% OFF - AGEING STOCK” Clean Collective Energy Drinks.

2. Promotional period: This offer is available for a limited time only and while allocated promotional stock lasts. Clean Collective reserves the right to end, extend or amend the promotion at any time, subject to applicable laws.

3. Eligibility: This offer is available to Australian customers aged 18 years or over only. Alcohol may only be purchased by, and supplied to, persons aged 18 years or over. Age verification may be required.

4. How the offer works: To redeem the offer, customers must add their chosen eligible alcohol premix case/s and their chosen eligible Energy Drink case/s to cart. A 100% discount will automatically be applied to the eligible Energy Drink case/s at checkout.

5. Offer ratio: Customers will receive one free “40% OFF - AGEING STOCK” Energy Drink case for every eligible alcohol premix case purchased in the same transaction. For example, purchase one eligible alcohol premix case and receive one eligible Energy Drink case free; purchase two eligible alcohol premix cases and receive two eligible Energy Drink cases free.

6. Eligible products: Eligible alcohol premix cases and eligible Energy Drink cases are those displayed as part of the promotion on the Clean Collective Australia website during the promotional period. Eligible Energy Drink cases are the Energy Drink products that include “40% OFF - AGEING STOCK” in the title. Flavours are subject to availability.

7. Short-dated Energy stock: The free Energy Drink stock included in this promotion is nearing its Best Before date and may have a shorter Best Before period than standard stock. Best Before dates are shown on product packaging and/or disclosed on the website where practicable. Products will not be knowingly supplied past a Use By date.

8. Stock availability: The offer is available while allocated promotional Energy Drink stock lasts. If a selected Energy Drink flavour becomes unavailable, Clean Collective may substitute it with another available Energy Drink flavour at its discretion, subject to applicable consumer law.

9. No cash alternative: Free Energy Drink cases are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, credit or any other product, except as required by law.

10. Not valid with other offers: This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotion, bundle, coupon code or offer unless expressly stated by Clean Collective.

11. Delivery: Standard delivery fees, delivery areas and delivery terms apply. Free Energy Drink cases may be shipped with or separately from the eligible alcohol premix case/s.

12. Returns and refunds: If an eligible alcohol premix case purchased as part of this promotion is returned or refunded, the corresponding free Energy Drink case must also be returned unopened and in resaleable condition, or its value may be deducted from any refund, subject to applicable consumer law.

13. Responsible consumption: Clean Collective supports the responsible consumption of alcohol. This promotion is not intended to encourage excessive or irresponsible alcohol consumption. Do not drink and drive.

14. Consumer guarantees: Nothing in these terms limits, excludes or modifies any rights customers may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
