1. Promotion Overview
By submitting your email address via our email database sign‑up form, you’ll receive a 10% discount code to use on your first purchase at Clean Collective.

2. Eligibility
Offer is valid for new subscribers only.
Offer is available only to individuals who have not made a previous purchase with Clean Collective.
Only one discount code per person/email address.

3. Redemption
Offer code must be entered at checkout to receive 10% off your first order.
Offers 10% off the product price (excludes shipping, gift cards, and subscription orders).
Valid for one-time use only and cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or voucher codes.
No cash alternative or credit is available.
Offer is not transferable or exchangeable.

4. General Conditions
Clean Collective reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the offer at any time without notice for any reason.

5. Marketing Consent & Privacy
By signing up, subscribers consent to Clean Collective collecting, storing, and using their personal information for newsletter delivery, in line with our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptance of Terms
Use of the Offer implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Clean Collective x Two Broke Chicks $75 Promotional Voucher Terms & Conditions 

Promoter: Clean Collective Australia Pty Ltd (“Clean Collective”).
Partner: Two Broke Chicks (event partner only; not a sponsor or administrator).
Territory: Australia only.
Total vouchers: 120 x AU$75 promotional vouchers, distributed as spot prizes under random seats at the Two Broke Chicks live shows.
Voucher expiry date: 11:59pm AEDT, 30 November 2025.

1) How to claim
Find a voucher under your seat at the show.
Scan the QR code printed on the voucher and follow the claim form.
Enter your email address and subscribe to Clean Collective’s e-newsletter.
After successful sign-up, you’ll be sent one unique, single-use $75 voucher code by email to use at cleancollectiveau.com.
Important: If you unsubscribe before your voucher email is issued, your claim may be void.

2) Key conditions of use
Single use / one winner only: One (1) voucher code per winning seat; one use per winner.
Website-only: Redeemable exclusively at cleancollectiveau.com at checkout.
No sharing: The printed QR code and the emailed voucher code are non-transferable and must not be shared, posted, resold, or otherwise distributed. Claims or redemptions made by anyone other than the original recipient will be void.
Shipping excluded: Voucher value applies to product subtotal only. Shipping is not included; standard shipping rates apply.
Stacking / balance: One voucher per order. Any unused value after a single transaction is forfeited; no credits or change will be given. Not redeemable for cash.
Returns: If you return items purchased with a voucher, any refund will be to the original payment method excluding the voucher value (no re-issue once redeemed).
Lost / stolen / expired: Clean Collective is not responsible for lost, stolen, misdirected, or expired vouchers or codes and will not reissue them.
Exclusions: Not valid for gift cards (if any) or purchases outside cleancollectiveau.com. Not to be used in conjunction with other promo codes unless expressly permitted on-site.
Technical issues: If the website or QR link is temporarily unavailable, please try again later; availability is not guaranteed.

3) Eligibility & responsible service
18+ only. By claiming or redeeming, you confirm you are 18 years or over. ID may be requested.
Clean Collective supports the responsible service and consumption of alcohol. Delivery may require age verification at the door.

4) Verification & fraud prevention
Clean Collective may verify eligibility, sign-up status, and identity, and void any claim or redemption suspected of being fraudulent, shared, duplicated, automated, or otherwise non-compliant with these T&Cs.

5) Privacy & marketing consent
By submitting your email to claim, you consent to receive marketing communications from Clean Collective. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails. Personal information will be handled per our Privacy Policy available on cleancollectiveau.com. Data may be processed outside Australia by service providers engaged by Clean Collective.

6) Changes, cancellations, and errors
Clean Collective may cancel, suspend, or amend the voucher program or these T&Cs at any time (for example, due to printing or technical errors, fraud, or events beyond its control). If required, Clean Collective may substitute vouchers with a benefit of equal or greater value.

7) Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clean Collective and Two Broke Chicks are not liable for any loss, damage, delay, or claim arising out of the voucher distribution, claim process, redemption, or website/QR availability. Nothing limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

8) General
Promotional voucher: This is a promotional offer, not a stored-value “gift card”.
Acceptance: Use of a voucher constitutes acceptance of these T&Cs and the Website Terms of Service and Online Store Terms at cleancollectiveau.com.
Governing law: These T&Cs are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
